Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 16, 2026

1. Introduction

Lorion Enterprises LLC, doing business as ORVY ("ORVY," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including our website, iOS application, Android application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Service.

Account and Data Deletion

ORVY users can permanently delete their account and associated data directly in the app.

  1. Sign in to ORVY.
  2. Open Settings and select the Account tab.
  3. Under Danger Zone, select Delete Account.
  4. Enter DELETE MY ACCOUNT and select Delete Forever.

If you cannot access your account, email contact@orvy.app from the email address associated with your ORVY account and use the subject Account Deletion Request. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted

Deletion removes your ORVY account and associated profile information, tasks, goals, schedules, habits, meal and weight records, health and wellness entries, journal entries, AI chat history, assessments, progress statistics, achievements, saved content, voice-message records, support submissions, and other user-generated content stored by ORVY.

Data kept and retention

Active account data is deleted when the in-app deletion process completes. Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten. We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records for longer when required by applicable law. Subscription and transaction records held independently by Apple, Google, or another payment provider are governed by that provider's retention policy.

Deleting your ORVY account does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription. Cancel the subscription through Apple or Google before deleting your account to prevent future charges.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can delete individual items—such as tasks, goals, journal entries, chat history, meal or weight records, and other saved content—using the delete controls within the relevant ORVY feature. You may also email contact@orvy.app to request deletion of specific data without closing your account.
